69 or 70 Cadillac rear bumper

I don't care if it has the cutout in the middle. Just looking for a nice condition bumper in the NJ Area. Too heavy to have shipped but I can drive to get it.
The more I look at it, was this a regular Deville or Fleetwood bumper from the factory that was cut and modified by superior for the middle section cutout?

No, it was not a standard Cadillac bumper. C.C. only. 1965-1970. It looks like your bumper ends are good.

The very ends are ok...the middle is ok. It's where someone lifted the back of the car with a forklift and ripped into it. The gas tank had a hole in it right behind it. Thats why I was wondering if i could cut part of a 70 deville bumper I have and put it in there....

The answer to that is no. The only part that is gm are the tailights. If your short the one back light they are hard to come by also. There 70-73.
