translated = 1976 D (commercial chassis) Z (Limousine) in black or grey primer, with the outer rim riveted to the wheel web.

Now, if you can find the Kelsey Hayes marking which should be somewhere on the inside of the rim where the tire goes, that will help with future identification. Sometimes, there is also some makers marks near the valve stem that also identify the wheel.
