Spotted this car while traveling last weekend

Stopped only to take photos as the body shop was likely closed. Luckily the owner was there and came out and asked if I knew where to get parts as he was trying to save it. He said the car was buried in a salvage yard and he had been trying to get it for a long time. Persistence paid off. The top was pushed down but he has been able to get that mostly fixed. Much of the trim is in the back of the car. The frame is shot and the owner had to weld some plate steel onto the frame just to get it out of the salvage yard. Sounds like he is in the process of getting a 1971 coach too but he didn’t have much information on that yet. If anyone has information on possible parts the owner would be grateful.

Me too.

It seems to be quite an undertaking but the guy has the knowledge, ability, and tools. Not many 1930’s Superior/Buick’s around. Hopefully we can help him out.
